The plain-language rules for using dojo.world and buying from DOJO World, Inc.
dojo.world (the "Site") is operated by DOJO World, Inc. ("DOJO", "we", "us"). By using the Site, joining the waitlist, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Reserving a bottle adds your name and email to our first-barrel list. A reservation is not a purchase, does not charge you, and does not guarantee availability. We will email you when bottles are ready to order, and you can leave the list at any time via the link in any email or by writing to konnichiwa@dojo.world.
When ordering opens, prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice before you place an order. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits, and will refund any amount charged.
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Please check your address carefully; we cannot redirect packages once shipped.
Because DOJO is a food product, opened bottles cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email konnichiwa@dojo.world within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund you.
We work hard to describe DOJO accurately, including ingredients, sodium content, and allergens. DOJO contains wheat and soy. Nutrition figures are per published label values and may vary slightly from batch to batch. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. All content on the Site, including the DOJO name, Fugu-kun, photographs, and copy, belongs to DOJO or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOJO disclaims all warranties not expressly stated here, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE].
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
